Job summary

MPI is recruiting a BIM Coordinator for a permanent role in Fort Worth, Texas, to lead coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines on complex commercial projects.

The candidate will report to the VDC Manager and collaborate with project management, field operations, and design teams to support delivery, manage model updates, and run clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and Procore.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM, VDC, or design coordination experience
• Experience in commercial construction or engineering projects
• Proficiency with Revit; familiarity with Navisworks and Procore is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Facilitate clash detection and coordination meetings using industry-standard software
• Manage model updates and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability issues before construction begins
• Support field teams with model utilization, coordination drawings, and installation planning
• Produce reports, visualizations, and project documentation from BIM models
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of BIM and VDC processes
