Job summary

Nox Group in the US seeks a BIM Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination on active construction projects. You will work with the BIM Manager to maintain models, run clash detection, and facilitate field coordination between design and installation.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in BIM/VDC, strong Revit/Navisworks skills, and experience with ACC/BIM 360. This safety-sensitive role includes standard site requirements and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in BIM/VDC, construction coordination, or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for clash detection and coordination outputs.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Forma (ACC/BIM 360) including Issues, Docs, and RFI modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BIM models per BEP requirements and LOD standards.
• Execute clash detection runs in Navisworks and document issues.
• Assist in subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain meeting minutes and logs.
• Review subcontractor models for compliance with coordination requirements and LOD minimums.
• Support field teams with model-based layout and as-built updates.
