KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced (BIM) Project Manager Coordinator for major projects in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead BIM coordination for multiple fast-paced projects and manage BIM Coordinators, working closely with project management, estimating, fabrication, and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in BIM/MEP coordination and 3+ years in leadership, with strong Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 skills and a solid understanding of MEP systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM or MEP coordination experience.
• 3+ years of project management or leadership experience.
• Strong Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 skills.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical/MEP systems.
• Experience with fabrication and field installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multiple special projects.
• Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Lead coordination meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure BIM deliverables align with project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, fabrication, and field teams.

Are you an experienced BIM/VDC professional ready to take the next step into project leadership?

We’re hiring a (BIM) Project Manager for a well-established family-oriented, people-first mechanical contractor in Fort Worth. You’ll lead BIM coordination and design for multiple fast-paced projects while managing BIM Coordinators and working closely with project management, estimating, fabrication, and field teams.

What You’ll Work On

• Revit – 3D mechanical/MEP modeling and design coordination
• Navisworks – clash detection and multi-trade coordination
• BIM 360 – model collaboration and project documentation
• MEP Coordination – resolving conflicts between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural systems
• Constructability Reviews – ensuring designs can be efficiently fabricated and installed
• Shop & Fabrication Drawings – supporting accurate fabrication and field installation
