Job summary

Vertiv in Anderson, South Carolina is seeking a BIM specialist to support modeling, coordination, and management across electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines. You will assist engineers within the Busbar Line of Business and collaborate with the global BIM team.

The role focuses on Revit modeling, content creation, and BIM standards, with exposure to BIM360 and coordinate reviews. On-site work with global collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering (architecture/structural/mechanical/electrical).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Minimum 1 year BIM modeling using Revit (families/projects).
• Familiar with BIM360 or other model sharing/coordination tools.
• Familiar with Navisworks or Solibri for coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Successful creation and delivery of the company's products and services to the client in scope of BIM.
• Multi-disciplinary (Busway Routing, Architecture, Structural, Electrical) Revit modeling and BIM model creation, corrections, or updates.
• Revit content creation (Revit families, templates, protocol documents, workflows etc.).
• Training, supporting, and overseeing day-to-day activities of Revit users to ensure BIM standards are maintained.
• Regular BIM model audits and model archiving.
• Regular BIM model coordination.
• Educating the team on best technical practices regarding BIM.
• Company’s internal staff training and support regarding BIM.
