Qualifications

• RIBA Part 1 or equivalent degree required.
• Solid understanding of architectural process and technical delivery.
• Experience with BIM, Revit, and model coordination.
• Knowledge of COBie, Uniclass, and metadata is desirable.
• Awareness of health and safety and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models and maintain technical standards.
• Support project teams with model quality and information management.
• Deliver COBie data and metadata integration within models.
• Assist in BIM training and mentoring of junior staff.
