Job summary

C M T A Inc is looking for a BIM Coordinator to assist the BIM team in Los Angeles and New York City. This role involves project setups and updates using Autodesk Revit, technical support, and maintaining BIM automation tools.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 1 year of Revit experience. A competitive benefits package is included, such as a 401(k) plan and flexible time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Revit project setups and updates.
• Understanding of Revit families, parameters, schedules, and systems.
• Knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BIM team in project setups and updates in Autodesk Revit.
• Set up MEP Revit models in alignment with AMA BIM standards.
• Audit Revit models and families frequently and troubleshoot issues.
