Qualifications

• Associates in electrical construction, Design, Architecture, or related field; 2+ years BIM coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD MEP or similar tools under supervision.
• Manipulate existing BIM model families for updates and improvements.
• Process incoming models and load them into projects with supervision.
• Ensure model health, storage, and user access by scanning for bugs and following standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to coordinate BIM models and resolve issues.
• Participate in clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts before construction.
• Generate and distribute BIM-related reports and outputs (Navisworks, clash reports, etc.).
