Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination on active construction projects in Tulsa, OK. The role collaborates with the BIM Manager to maintain models, run clash detection, and ensure smooth information flow between design and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of BIM/VDC, construction coordination, or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks to run clash detection.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Forma (ACC/BIM 360) including Issues, Docs, and RFI.
• Understanding of MEP systems and coordination in a federated model.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholdres.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BIM models per BEP and LOD standards.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks; document and assign issues.
• Assist subcontractor coordination meetings; record minutes and logs.
• Review subcontractor models for compliance with coordination requirements.
• Support field teams with model-based layout and RFI updates.
• Coordinate with trade partners to resolve clash issues and document resolutions in ACC.
• Maintain coordination logs, RFI tracking, and submittal registers.
• Organize project files in Autodesk Forma (ACC).
• Support drone operations and site documentation workflows.
• Prepare coordination drawings and conflict reports.
• Develop BIM/VDC workflows and project standards.
• Communicate status and issues with BIM Manager.
