Job summary

RMCI, a Nox Group Company, seeks a BIM Coordinator to join the BIM/VDC team on active projects in Tulsa, OK. You will support day-to-day coordination, maintain models, and run clash detections to ensure smooth field execution and design-to-installation information flow.

You will collaborate with the BIM Manager and subcontractors, review models, support RFI processes, and help develop project standards and workflows. A relevant degree and 2–4 years’ BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of BIM/VDC, construction coordination, or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, including clash detection.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Forma (ACC/BIM 360) including Issues, Docs, and RFI modules.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordination documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BIM models per BEP requirements and LOD standards.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and document issues.
• Assist subcontractor coordination meetings and document minutes and logs.
• Review subcontractor models for compliance with coordination requirements.
• Support field teams with model-based layouts and RFI-related updates.
• Coordinate with trade partners to resolve clashes and document resolutions.
• Maintain coordination logs, RFI tracking, and submittal registers.
• Upload and manage project files in Autodesk Forma (ACC).
• Support drone operations and site documentation workflows (OpenSpace).
• Prepare coordination drawings and conflict reports and outputs.
• Contribute to BIM/VDC workflows and project standards.
• Communicate issues and schedule risks with BIM Manager.
