MMR Group, Inc. in Shreveport, LA is seeking a BIM Coordinator to design models, coordinate with trades, and produce as-built drawings for complex projects across oil & gas, chemical, and industrial sectors.

The role requires reading contract documents, applying NEC standards, reviewing drawings for conflicts, and collaborating with project management and field teams to resolve RFIs and integrate field data into accurate 3D models.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience as BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler.
• Proficient in MEP REVIT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and code requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design models for coordination, shop drawings and as-builds.
• Model content and coordinate with other trades.
• Prepare sketches showing wiring and equipment locations.
• Apply National Electrical Codes.
• Review drawings for conflicts and ensure local code compliance.
• Work with project management to resolve RFIs.
• Coordinate draft drawings with trades to ensure routings.
• Perform site surveys and field measurements.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, transmittals and drawings.
• Identify and resolve issues with clients and vendors.
• Work with point cloud files for as-built conditions.
