Job summary

Jobot in Illinois is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our electrical construction and contracting team. You will coordinate complex building information models and support field and project teams to ensure accurate integration of electrical systems.

The role bridges design, engineering, project management and field installation, helping deliver projects on schedule with attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience within the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software.
• Experience coordinating and reviewing BIM models and construction drawings.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify design and coordination conflicts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a growing electrical construction and contracting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who can coordinate complex building information models, support field and project teams, and ensure that electrical systems are accurately integrated into the overall construction process.
