Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their Digital Project Delivery Team. This hybrid role requires collaboration with commercial teams and project directors, ensuring compliance and achieving project objectives. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a similar role and a degree in Engineering or Design. Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit is essential. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software, especially Navisworks and Revit.
• Degree in an Engineering or Design related subject.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Project Information Manager and Project Team.
• Collaborate with team to support project standards implementation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and project milestones.
• Implement and maintain digital plans including BIM Execution plan.
• Prepare clash detection, data verification and model health check reports.
• Support coordination and management of digital information models.
• Develop BIM Coordination Schedule for workshops and milestones.
• Review production of as-built drawings and models.
