Job summary

BRAVO is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordination Manager to lead interdisciplinary coordination and BIM integration across institutional and public-sector projects in the New York area. You will bridge architectural design with MEP/structural models, lead clash detection, and ensure design intent alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with discipline leads, review shop drawings, and ensure BEP/BxP compliance and adherence to NYC standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, VDC/BIM coordination, and construction document production.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage (Clash Detective, TimeLiner).
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.
• Knowledge of NYC public agency standards and interfaces.
• New York Registered Architect licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Federate, review, and coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP/FP models using Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Conduct clash audits, chair technical coordination meetings with discipline leads, and resolve conflicts prior to issued-for-construction releases.
• Review contractor shop drawings and submittals for alignment with design intent and project specs.
• Ensure models conform to BEP/BxP and public client standards (NYC SCA, DDC, DASNY).
• Maintain model accuracy across revisions, RFIs, design updates, bulletins, and addenda.
