Job summary

BRAVO Group, in partnership with Velocity Architecture and Engineering Services and Bradford Construction Corporation, seeks an MEP BIM Coordination Manager for interdisciplinary coordination on institutional and public-sector projects in New York. You will lead clash detection, model integration, and constructability reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

You will bridge design engineering, architecture, and construction execution, ensure BEP/BxP compliance, and oversee shop drawings, RFIs,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in MEP design, VDC/BIM coordination, and construction document production.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks with working knowledge of ACC/BIM 360.
• Experience on NYC public agency projects preferred; NYPE license or EIT desired.

Responsibilities

• Federate, review, and coordinate MEP/FP models with architectural and structural systems using Revit and Navisworks.
• Conduct clash audits, chair technical coordination meetings, resolve constructability conflicts prior to issued-for-construction releases.
• Review contractor shop drawings, MEP fabrication models, and submittals for alignment with design intent and contract documents.
• Ensure models conform to BEP/BxP and public client standards (NYC SCA, DDC, DASNY).
• Maintain model accuracy through revisions, RFIs, and addenda across project milestones.
