Job summary

TP Mechanical is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage BIM coordination, maintain schedules, and drive fabrication and site readiness. You will lead coordination meetings, review models, and ensure seamless integration between design, fabrication, and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project coordination within construction or mechanical systems, strong Revit experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of design-build and design-assist processes.
• Experience with Revit is highly preferred.
• Good basic computer skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction & Kickoff: understand project docs, schedule, and onboarding.
• Coordination & Design Integration: lead meetings, manage scopes, align with master schedules.
• Fabrication Planning & Oversight: create fab plans, track WOs, maintain schedules.
• Construction Support: liaison between fabrication and construction; monitor site progress.
• General Duties: weekly updates, prompt communication, proactive problem solving.
