Qualifications

• 6+ years in the AEC industry with BIM/CAD leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with standards enforcement.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Set up sign location plans and messaging in Revit models.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection, resolving conflicts early in design.
• Establish BIM/CAD standards and workflows for projects.
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, families, and digital resources.
• Mentor designers and provide BIM/CAD support across teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and designers to ensure project execution.
