Strong leadership and ability to mentor teams across North America and Europe.
Proficient in CAD/BIM standards, workflows, and data integration.

Responsibilities

Assist with software selection and establish Digital Delivery Plan and CAD standards.
Lead project teams to resolve BIM conflicts and ensure quality conformance.
Coordinate with IT and Global Technology Leads to solve CAD/BIM delivery issues.
Develop and maintain CAD/BIM standards and execution plans.
Provide leadership for productivity improvements across design content management.
Mentor project team and drive automation plan implementation.
