Job summary

Wendel is seeking a BIM Manager to join our team in multiple offices, including Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Director of BIM, you will support project teams, enforce BIM standards, maintain model quality, and drive BIM technologies across the firm.

This role combines technical leadership, training, and project support to ensure consistent, efficient project delivery. Advanced Revit expertise and experience with Forma, Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro, and AutoCAD are required.

Qualifications

• Industry specific associate degree in A/E Industry Technology, Construction Technology, Drafting and Design Technology, or related field.
• 2–8 years in AEC industry with BIM leadership, coordination, or management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience with Forma, BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding multidisciplinary project delivery and design coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Autodesk certifications and scripting experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide BIM expertise and technical support to architecture and engineering project teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM templates, content libraries, and documentation standards.
• Perform model audits and quality reviews to ensure project compliance.
• Assist with project setup and clash detection.
• Train staff on BIM processes, tools, and best practices in real time deadlines.
• Collaborate with discipline leaders, IT staff, and the Director of BIM.
• Support implementation and optimization of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and related technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and digital project delivery workflows.
