Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Drafter/ Architectural Designer to advance BIM capabilities across complex projects. You will work at the intersection of design, technology, and construction, driving adoption of modern BIM and digital fabrication practices while supporting the team’s career progression.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling experience.
Strong Revit proficiency; Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, SolidWorks, or CAM tools desirable.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
Innovative mindset with strong communication and adoption of new workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and support coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying knowledge of tolerances and sequencing.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using tools like Navisworks.
