Nevell Group is seeking a Design/BIM Drafter to support the BIM team in creating technical shop drawings and model modifications. You will interpret architectural, structural, and engineering documents, learning to contribute to BIM and construction technology.
The ideal candidate has 0–1 years of drafting experience and an Associate degree (or related coursework). This is an on-site role with opportunities to grow within the BIM department.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Design/BIM Drafter is responsible for assisting with the creation of technical shop drawings and supporting the BIM team with model modifications. This position requires a foundational understanding of technical drafting and modeling applications and the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering design documents.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in BIM and construction technology.

This position works in a professional office environment and may occasionally require visits to construction jobsites or other project locations. The employee is expected to maintain a professional and collaborative approach while working with BIM team members, project teams, and other stakeholders.
