Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Digital Applications Manager to lead the applications support team.

This business-facing digital delivery role works with design and construction staff to ensure the applications behind their work are reliable, well-supported, and continuously improving. You will manage a team supporting Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Forma, and IMAGINiT Clarity, define standard workflows, streamline delivery, and partner with leads to roll out new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Design Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting design applications in multidisciplinary firms.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team and mentoring staff.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Forma, and Clarity workflows.
• Proven ability to document and roll out standardized processes across distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of design-to-construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application support specialists for design and construction apps.
• Own functional support and administration for core design tools (Revit, Forma, Clarity).
• Define, document, and improve standard digital delivery workflows and practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline application configuration and deployment.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with vendors and IT.
• Develop and maintain application standards, templates, and content libraries.
• Partner with leads to evaluate, pilot, and roll out new tools.
• Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and support agreements.
• Develop training materials and onboarding for staff.
• Track performance metrics and drive workflow adoption; manage workload.
