Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to guide BIM workflows and CAD standardization across multi-discipline projects. You will lead teams, drive digital delivery plans, and ensure quality across Bentley and Autodesk platforms.

The role involves coordinating with field teams during construction and mentoring staff to advance BIM capabilities. The position offers a hybrid working model with competitive compensation and benefits designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) with digital delivery concepts, data exchange, BIM technology, work sharing coordination and organization of multi-discipline design content.
• Extensive experience with Bentley ProjectWise and/or ACC for engineering content management.
• 10+ years of CAD & BIM applications experience with Bentley and Autodesk product lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with software selection to meet client requirements or company standards as appropriate for the project.
• Establish Digital Delivery Plan and CAD standards for the project; document and publish modeling and CAD instructions.
• Provide project setup coordination for CAE/CAD related applications and content management needs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving questions or issues related to the project Digital Delivery Plan and BIM development.
• Lead project teams to resolve conflicts within the BIM and coordinate cross-discipline activities.
• Champion quality conformance with project standards and CAD/BIM processes; provide quality checks as needed.
• Work with the field team during construction to provide information to meet workflow and schedule requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD & BIM quality review strategies and documentation.
