Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in e-commerce.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Experience with credit card payments and processing.
• Basic data analysis and mathematical skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to follow defined policies to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot billing and validation issues (orders, subscriptions, refunds, credits).
• Collaborate with operations to resolve issues and ensure quality service.
• Handle multiple requests via email, ticket, and chat.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, and Legal for seamless experience.
• Support fraud team by validating orders in the queue.
• Propose process improvements and inform management about needed actions.
