Blueprint Technologies, LLC in Bellevue, WA, seeks an Interim Escalated Team Lead - Billing to guide a customer support team in delivering high-quality service. You will coach, prioritize, and respond to escalated issues while maintaining strong collaboration with Operations leaders.

The role requires hands-on ticket management, daily performance analysis, and routine one-on-one coaching to drive service excellence and timely resolutions. Hybrid schedule with on-site days and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the ESC Billing space (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership with the desire to manage others and maximize the performance of a team.
• Demonstrates a high level of service-excellence and consistently meets performance expectations.
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends, major events, and news.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and activities for the assigned team under guidance of the Operations Lead.
• Monitor workflow changes and pivot and communicate to the team.
• Analyze agent performance data daily and identify trends for improvement.
• Provide leadership, set goals, and coach team members.
• Onboard new employees and support ramp-up and onboarding processes.
