Job summary

Clio is seeking a product leader to own Centralized Billing System (CBS), a critical internal platform that configures pricing, quotes, packaging, and customer charges. You will drive the roadmap, system health, and long‑term direction while aligning with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and GTM teams.

You will integrate AI into workflows, defend a clear point of view, and push trade‑offs with engineering and design.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical background sufficient to own and make decisions about a complex product system with broad business dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume, high‑stakes stakeholder environment, prioritizing under pressure and communicating trade‑offs clearly.
• Strong data and analytical skills, comfortable owning a metrics framework and building the case for investment based on evidence.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership skills, influencing without full authority.

Responsibilities

• Own CBS end‑to‑end, from configuration to quoting, packaging, and charging customers.
• Define roadmap, health, and long‑term direction of CBS.
• Manage stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM, and Product; communicate trade‑offs clearly.
• Partner with GTM Monetization to ensure CBS aligns with pricing and packaging strategy.
• Make decisions under pressure with a clear point of view and advocate it across senior stakeholders.
• Align across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to keep CBS in sync with go‑to‑market motion.
• Build tooling and instrumentation for data, telemetry, and fast decision making.
