Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Internal Products and Technologies to own the billing experiences for Claude customers—from first purchase to monthly invoices.

You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Trust & Safety, Support, and Finance to design and optimize how customers buy, upgrade plans, view invoices, track spend, and set spend controls across teams, developers, and admins.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with self-serve purchase or billing flows.
• Shipped self-serve experiences with measurable conversion/retention.
• Strong product design instincts to clarify complex concepts (proration, credits).
• Built LLM-powered or agentic product features with clear ownership rules.
• Able to discuss system design with engineers, abuse patterns with Trust & Safety, and growth funnels.
• Willing to trade off growth, risk, and financial accuracy and explain decisions.
• Resourceful and hands-on, willing to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand billing friction across customers and segments.
• Partner with Growth on purchase, upgrade, and plan-change flows.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety to prevent abuse without hindering legitimate customers.
• Design agentic billing experiences with clear confirmation steps.
• Work with Engineering and Design to ensure consistent Claude buying and spend management.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap; communicate prioritization to leadership.
