Job description

This is a Temporary (3 – 6 month project) for candidates based out of Latin America.

We are Bloom Growth—an ecosystem for the growth of your entire team. Our ecosystem includes foundational tools for strategic planning, defining roles, and a platform for both Leadership and Departmental teams to have powerful weekly meetings. Bloom is one brand within Winter International LLC. And, while you’ll be working for Bloom, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with the rest of our Winter International LLC team.
This position is 100% remote. Actually, our entire company is fully remote!

About The Role
A Billing Support Specialist focuses on our overall client billing needs, specifically on helping to address overdue invoices and the collecting of failed payments while working with other billing team members to address issues at hand.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Track and address unpaid invoices, continually optimizing the process.
  2. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Generate and manage invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer billing issues.

Qualifications/What We Look For:

  1. Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
  2. 2+ years of Software support experience in a B2B or SaaS organization is a plus.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Great troubleshooting skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail is required.
  6. Exceptional at follow-through.
