SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST to support a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to manage and resolve application issues, engage with users, and ensure smooth operation of MMO products and services in a government or defense setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user-reported issues with MMO products and services, including issue triage, investigation, and resolution.
  • Coordinate with application and domain experts for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Gather and document detailed information from end users to facilitate troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed records of support interactions and track metrics for timely resolution.
  • Improve and update self-help resources for users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Event Management, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in application support or a similar role.
