Pay: $15/hr + Incentive Plan
Location: Remote
Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients. Analysts submit claims to no-fault and liability carriers, maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim, monitor insurance portals and incoming correspondence, and address any items identified through Quality Assurance reviews. The role involves a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, including periods of extended hold time during which analysts continue working other accounts.
Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
At least one year of experience in a professional office environment (required).
Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.
