Vital Care Infusion Services is hiring a supervisor to plan and manage Specialist positions, handling intake, billing, and collections while representing the company to franchise partners, payers, and patients.

Leaders will supervise staff, implement procedures, and monitor KPIs, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliant operations across infusion sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in an infusion setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems, including CareTend, and the RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in processing referrals, benefits verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Manage schedules to meet KPIs and reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as escalation agent for franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Implement and maintain procedures for quality and performance.
• Monitor results for quality and productivity, identify improvements.
• Collaborate on payor/benefit programs to resolve missing reports and escalations.
• Uphold customer service standards and mentor staff in service and collection techniques.
• Balance workload and guide reimbursement staff to improve skills.
• Audit transactions and correct/re-submit rejections.
• Interview, hire, train, and set department metrics; provide leadership.
