Qualifications
- 3+ years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or implementation role for a technical B2B SaaS product.
- Solid understanding of APIs and webhooks for system integration.
- Familiarity with subscription billing or commerce concepts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand each prospect’s billing stack.
- Run technical demos and proofs of concept for potential clients.
- Scope integrations and address technical questions during evaluations.
- Translate requirements into clear implementation handoffs.
