Responsibilities

• Edit prebills to transfer time/disbursements and perform time edits.
• Print and distribute prebills and final invoices for attorney review.
• Maintain accurate client billing addresses and statuses.
• Enter exemptions and manage changes by billing cutoff date.
• Monitor approvals for write-offs and monthly exemptions.
• Enter alternate rates accurately in the billing system.
• Provide billing statistics using Excel as needed.
• Communicate with attorneys to meet billing deadlines.
• Submit, process, and track invoices and resolve issues.
• Update on WIP status in monthly meetings with billing manager.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries regarding billing.
