Job summary

The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join a client team in Nederland, TX. This contract-to-hire role focuses on accurate billing, invoicing, and timely processing.

You will use TRACK platform daily to issue invoices, reconcile payments, and maintain confidential billing records. The office schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a business casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience with billing or financial software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Process daily billing activities within TRACK and issue invoices accurately and timely.
• Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving billing issues.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate billing and payment records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Customer Service: Respond to client billing inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance with account questions.
• Account Updates: Assist with billing adjustments, credits, and account updates as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to verify and resolve billing issues and perform additional billing duties.
