Job summary

Sunoco LP in Dallas is seeking a Pipeline Billing and Revenue Analyst to join the Operational Accounting team. The role focuses on managing pipeline ticket entry, customer billing, and revenue recognition to ensure accurate general ledger entries.

You will work across multiple systems, support FERC reporting and Revenue Footnote disclosures, and collaborate with Commercial Teams to evaluate accounting implications of agreements, driving timely and precise margin accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or finance roles with billing and revenue responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Excel required for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience level varies by job grade.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily processes for pipeline ticket entry and customer billing.
• Ensure that all customer billing is on time and accurate.
• Resolves issues accurately and with a sense of urgency.
• Responsible for a high-volume of accounting information moving between multiple systems.
• Maintains productive relationships with all counterparties through proactive, effective communication.
• Analyzes financial results effectively, providing supporting details and insights that contribute to the company's success.
