Job summary

TriStarr is seeking a Biller I to join the Accounts Payable/Receivable team on a long-term temporary, full-time basis. The role focuses on billing setup, drafting invoices, and ensuring timely, accurate client billings with support from project managers.

You will work onsite in Ephrata, PA, with potential for a remote option after training. Ideal for an entry-level candidate with finance or accounting education, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting field.
• Completion of a professional accounting designation is an asset.
• Entry-level opportunity for new grads.
• Previous billing experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections and customer service.
• Current eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions.
• Highly driven, organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage billing terms for assigned projects and clients.
• Generate and submit invoice drafts and supporting back-up for reviewers/approvers.
• Prepare and send final invoice packages within deadlines with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Managers and Project Accountants to resolve issues.
• Suggest billing process improvements to reduce processing time.
• Reconcile billing, data entry and organize supporting documentation.
