Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Billing Accounting Specialist I to handle high-volume invoicing, 3-way and 2-way invoice matching, and GL coding. The role supports both Tire Centers and Distribution Center inventory, ensuring accurate billing and timely revenue recognition.

Ideal candidates have ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP), strong analytical skills, and a customer-service mindset. Collaboration with store personnel and buyers is essential for issue resolution and process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in Accounting/Journal entries or related.
• Experience in a multi-location retail environment preferred.
• Some accounting coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Match vendor invoices to PO and goods receipts for Distribution Center; investigate variances.
• Perform 2-way match for drop-ship invoices and rebilling to Tire Centers with proper documentation.
• Code product, freight, and service charges to GL accounts per COA and policies.
• Conduct final invoice reviews before payment processing.
• Initiate and track vendor claims for pricing discrepancies or shortages.
• Participate in system testing and billing enhancements to improve processes.
