Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with insurance claims.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work AR and claims follow up.
• Review and resolve claims before timely filing.
• Speak with payers and make outbound insurance calls.
• Review denials and hold errors.
• Appeal claims and reconsideration forms when necessary.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and payer reports.
• Provide follow up with payers.
• Assist with patient billing questions.
