Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare billing or collections.
• 2+ years’ client-facing experience.
• 1+ years’ experience with Health Insurance/Government insurance claim resolution.
• Must have strong computer proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze Motor Vehicle Accident accounts to identify benefits and resolve balances.
• Coordinate with patients, attorneys, and insurance companies as liaison.
• Review health insurance remittance to ensure proper adjudication and pursue underpayments.
• Identify denial trends and alert leadership for prevention.
• Maintain PHI privacy and security during processing.
