Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and review billing invoices for import/export shipments per contracts and service agreements.
• Record billing information accurately across shipment details, charges and costs.
• Verify bills of lading, commercial invoices and customs documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with customers and provide billing-related support including inquiries and disputes.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations and audits.
• Adhere to established billing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in billing/invoicing.
