Job summary

Courser seeks a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support invoicing and revenue operations for managed services, projects, and product sales. You will work cross-functionally with finance, service, and account management teams to ensure accurate, timely billing in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, validating contracts, and supporting month-end closes. Prior experience with PSA tools and accounting software is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or finance experience; MSP or IT services industry preferred.
• Experience with PSA tools ConnectWise Manage/Autotask and accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with managed services contracts, recurring billing, and project invoicing models.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication focused on client service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience reconciling time and expense entries with service tickets or projects.
• Understanding of tax implications for IT services and products.
