Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, order forms, amendments, and renewals to identify key commercial terms.
• Accurately enter products, pricing, contract dates, billing schedules, payment terms, and other contract details into internal systems.
• Verify that system information accurately reflects the executed contract.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Process new orders, renewals, expansions, amendments, and other contract changes.
• Maintain accurate and complete contract and order records.
• Perform quality checks to minimize errors and support accurate billing and reporting.
• Follow established procedures and internal controls while meeting processing deadlines.
• Assist with process improvements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
