Job summary

Milton J. Wood Company is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our accounting team in Florida. Qualifications

• Experience with billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to prepare invoices with Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Experience in construction billing, lien releases, or certified payroll (Davis-Bacon) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices in coordination with Project Managers.
• Track payments and monitor aging.
