Job summary

Insight Global in Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to support the Finance Shared Services team with billing and AR activities. You will pull data from Oracle and analyze it in Excel to identify issues and solutions, while adapting to changes from a new product launch and Oracle migration.

The role requires strong data skills and excellent communication, with the ability to handle customer billing disputes and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of AR/AP or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills, especially PivotTables and large data handling.
• Excellent communication and customer service, highly organized.
• Humble, hungry, and willing to jump in where needed.
• Experience invoicing, credit memos, account credits, and invoice adjustments.
• Experience researching and resolving customer billing disputes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues and implement solutions.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Oracle experience and Oracle/ERP migration familiarity.

Job Description

This person will support the Finance Shared Services team, with a heavy focus on billing and Accounts Receivable. They’ll be responsible for invoices, credits, account adjustments, customer disputes, and analyzing billing data. A big part of the role will involve pulling data out of Oracle and working through it in Excel to identify issues and find solutions. The team is also going through changes with a new product launch and an Oracle migration, so this person needs to be flexible, patient, and comfortable with their day looking a little different depending on what comes up. They’re looking for someone who is great with data but also great with people, especially when working through customer billing issues.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or related experience
• Strong Excel skills, especially PivotTables and working with large amounts of data
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
