IMEG is hiring a Billing Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between assigned teams and the Accounting Department, while building working relationships with Client Execs and other key team members. This position has primary responsibility for team billing and accounts receivable monitoring, along with project setup, client communication, timesheet and expense review, and sub consultant invoice processing. You will help keep commercial and financial workflows accurate, timely, and well coordinated across the teams you support.

State of Virginia Pay Range: $27.00–$30.00 per hour The range listed above represents the base pay IMEG reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position in the work location identified above at the time of posting. For positions available in multiple locations, the minimums and maximums may vary based on work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and licensure and certifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
