Maxim is seeking a Billing Specialist in North Carolina to accurately manage billing processes for assigned locations. You will handle timecards, invoices and related documents, ensuring accurate amounts due and posting transactions to customer records.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in billing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and work with teammates to resolve outstanding invoices. Office duties and learning opportunities are included.
Following Maxim established policies and procedures the Billing Specialist accurately and reliably performs the billing process and handles related accounts and documents for assigned locations.
