Moroch in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Full Time Clerical role focused on client billing operations, invoicing, and reconciliations. The position emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and adherence to client requirements and schedules.

Responsibilities include auditing billings, processing invoices, and supporting month-end close while maintaining organized records and timely reporting. The role requires 3–5 years in billing or accounts payable and a degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.

Qualificações

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of client billing and/or accounts payable experience.
• Experience reconciling vendor invoices, payable costs, unbilled items, or advance bill activity.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, prepare, and process recurring and ad hoc client billings for assigned accounts.
• Review vendor activity, unbilled costs, open purchase orders, and job status for billing readiness.
• Audit and process vendor invoices ensuring proper coding and cost allocations.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and variances with cross-functional coordination.
• Support revenue recognition through reconciliations and related billing adjustments.
• Monitor billing activities, approvals, and deadlines across clients to meet close schedules.
• Assist month-end and year-end close activities with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain organized billing documentation and routine reporting for visibility.
• Demonstrate Moroch values in daily work and interactions to foster a positive culture.
