Job summary

You will supervise RMU staff, manage contracts and reporting, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in Medi-Cal/Medicare billing and health services administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in a professional, administrative or fiscal role.
• At least one year supervising professional, administrative or technical staff.
• Experience with billing, contracts, budgets, or financial reports is preferred.
• Able to interpret policies, regulations and procedures in health services context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue-cycle operations across Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance.
• Provide leadership for the Revenue Management Unit and address operational issues.
• Ensure billing accuracy, regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
• Lead reporting and analytics for Health Services leadership.
• Engage stakeholders and coach RMU staff to maintain high performance.
