Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Specialist – Revenue Operations in San Diego to coordinate billing processes and perform complex billing duties. Hybrid and in-office presence may be required.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, reviewing proformas, and ensuring compliance with VAT and AML regulations. You will work with the revenue and e-billing teams to resolve rejections, generate proformas, and utilize billing software while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a legal, accounting, finance, or equivalent industry.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using financial systems, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and finalize bills in accordance with firm and client requirements and billing attorney directives.
• Review proformas, handle corrections, and coordinate e-billing.
• Prepare and finalize invoices in line with VAT, regulatory and AML requirements.
• Ensure delivery of invoices and coordinate with revenue/e-billing teams for submission.
• Generate and review proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes.
• Protect highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
