Fox Corporation is seeking a Manager, Billing to oversee billing workflows and support the end-to-end sales process. You will partner with Account Executives, agencies, Finance, Operations, Traffic, and clients to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue integrity across platforms.

The role requires 4-6+ years in media/billing and experience with common ad tech tools; you will drive process improvements, escalate issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Formación

• 4-6+ years in media, advertising, billing, or sales operations and billing discrepancy handling.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ad sales/billing systems is a plus (STBS, WideOrbit, Salesforce, Workday).
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, documentation and workflow automation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain end-to-end sales and billing process using sales systems, tools, and procedures.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance and clients to investigate invoice discrepancies and support billing efficiency.
• Review campaign reports and airchecks to verify delivery against IOs.
• Maintain and improve billing process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify trends and process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and cash application.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations and Accounting on monthly invoice revisions and approvals as needed.
• Review IOs for alignment with media plans, pricing, and billing terms.
• Submit, track, and resolve special billing requests.
• Respond to Account Executive requests related to billing details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely billing.
• Work with clients to address billing inquiries and maintain relationships.
