Job summary

Red Seat Ventures, a FOX Corporation company, is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Billing to support our Finance and Ad Sales teams. This role will manage billing-related workflows and ensure accurate invoicing, revenue integrity, and strong client relationships across platforms.

The Manager will bring 4–6+ years in media billing or a related function, with experience in STBS, WideOrbit, Salesforce, or Workday, and a proactive, analytical approach to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in media, advertising, billing, or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with billing systems like STBS/WideOrbit/Salesforce/Workday a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end sales and billing processes using sales systems and procedures.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with Sales, Operations, Finance, and clients.
• Review campaign reports and airchecks to verify delivery against IOs.
• Maintain and improve billing SOPs and documentation.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements for billing accuracy and cash application.
